• Duct: Installation of ductwork for ventilation and air distribution throughout the office space.
• GRD’s (Grilles, Registers, Diffusers): Installation of grilles, registers, and diffusers to control airflow and distribute conditioned air effectively.
• LAV’s (Lavatories): Installation of lavatories or washbasins in restroom and kitchen areas.
• Sinks: Installation of sinks for handwashing or dishwashing purposes.
• Trap Covers: Installation of covers for plumbing traps to prevent debris from entering and causing blockages.
• Braided Lines: Installation of braided lines, typically used for connecting plumbing fixtures to water supply lines.
• Valve Box: Installation of valve boxes to house plumbing valves for easy access and maintenance.
• Backflow Preventer: Installation of backflow prevention devices to protect the potable water supply from contamination.
• New HW/CW Lines (Hot Water/Cold Water Lines): Installation of new hot water and cold water supply lines to provide water to plumbing fixtures.
• Sanitary Lines: Installation of sanitary drainage lines to remove wastewater from plumbing fixtures.
• Insulation: Installation of insulation on piping to prevent heat loss or condensation buildup.
• Test & Balance Air Side: Testing and balancing of airflow in the HVAC system to ensure optimal performance and comfort.

• Under Counter RF (Refrigerator): Installation of under-counter refrigerators in kitchen or breakroom areas.
