Story

Pleune Service Company completed a mechanical system upgrade that transformed the facility’s performance, efficiency, and occupant comfort. The project included the installation of new ductwork, rooftop units, an energy recovery unit (ERU), variable air volume (VAV) boxes, refrigeration piping, gas piping, and plumbing fixtures. By integrating modern mechanical systems throughout the space, Pleune delivered a coordinated solution designed to improve airflow, energy efficiency, and long-term system reliability.

The project required careful planning and execution to ensure each system worked seamlessly together. Pleune’s team installed and connected new HVAC equipment and distribution systems, allowing for greater temperature control and balanced airflow throughout the facility. The addition of the energy recovery unit supports improved indoor air quality while helping reduce energy consumption by recovering energy from exhausted air.

In addition to the HVAC scope, Pleune installed refrigeration and gas piping systems and completed the plumbing fixture installation, providing the infrastructure necessary to support the facility’s operational needs. Every component was installed with a focus on quality craftsmanship, system performance, and future reliability.

The completed upgrade modernized the building’s mechanical infrastructure, creating a more comfortable, efficient, and dependable environment. Through expert installation and attention to detail, Pleune Service Company delivered a comprehensive mechanical solution that supports the facility’s ongoing performance goals.
