Story: This project was ground-up new construction, expanding the hospital’s network with a state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance patient care. The new building features exam rooms, procedure rooms, rehabilitation spaces, and advanced imaging suites, including x-ray rooms.

As the Mechanical Contractor, we played a crucial role in ensuring optimal building performance and patient comfort. Our scope of work included installing a high-efficiency snowmelt system, a robust boiler system with hydronic piping throughout the facility, an advanced air handling system with fan-powered VAV boxes, and a chiller to maintain precise climate control.

One of the most significant challenges was the boiler room layout. Our team collaborated closely with the engineer to reconfigure the space, ensuring proper clearances while maintaining system efficiency. This required an innovative approach to the routing of piping within a constrained footprint. The end result of this effort was a mechanical system that supports the hospital’s mission of providing top-tier healthcare.

This project exemplifies our commitment to excellence, innovation, and teamwork in delivering critical healthcare infrastructure.
