Pleune Service Company completed a major renovation that modernized the facility’s heating and cooling systems. We began by removing the outdated boiler system, clearing away old boilers, piping, and associated components to make room for new, efficient equipment.

We installed a state-of-the-art boiler system designed to deliver reliable heating and improved energy efficiency. This system includes boilers, pumps, and specialty components that ensure optimal performance. To further enhance the HVAC system, we added new cooling and heating coils, which transfer heat between air and water for precise temperature control and comfort throughout the building. We also installed new ductwork to support ventilation and air distribution, ensuring consistent airflow and temperature regulation across the facility.

After completing the HVAC upgrades, we focused on plumbing improvements. We installed drinking fountains to provide convenient access to potable water for occupants. Additionally, we added wall hydrants on the exterior of the building, offering versatile water access for landscaping, equipment cleaning, and emergency use.
