For one of Pleune Service Company’s recent projects, the team worked on a Kentwood School Upgrade. They executed a complete demolition and replacement of critical HVAC infrastructure. This involved removing outdated equipment and installing two new high-efficiency chillers, a modern cooling tower, and an updated configuration of pumps and piping. The upgrade improved system reliability, performance and also enhanced energy efficiency across the facility.
