This project presented challenges throughout every phase of construction. Spanning more than two years, the job required ongoing coordination and adaptability as project requirements evolved. Despite numerous changes along the way, our team remained focused on maintaining progress, quality, and alignment with project objectives.

With equipment lead times creating scheduling pressures and a firm occupancy deadline to meet, proactive planning and strong collaboration were essential. Our team worked closely with project stakeholders to navigate challenges, maintain momentum, and achieve critical milestones that supported the building’s readiness for occupancy.

One of the more complex aspects of the project involved the installation of VAV boxes within extremely tight ceiling spaces. Limited access required careful coordination, detailed planning, and creative field solutions to successfully complete the work while maintaining safety and installation quality standards.

This project demonstrates Pleune’s ability to deliver large-scale mechanical installations in demanding construction environments. Through flexibility, problem-solving, and teamwork, our crews successfully adapted to changing conditions, managed scheduling challenges, and provided the mechanical systems necessary to support the facility’s expansion.
