Pleune Service Company completed a full HVAC and plumbing renovation for a healthcare facility in Mid-Michigan, improving air quality, energy efficiency, and comfort for patients and staff.

The project began with the removal of outdated fan coil units, ductwork, and hydronic piping. Our team then installed new fan coil units, ductwork, grilles, registers, and diffusers to optimize airflow throughout the building. An energy recovery unit was added to enhance efficiency and reduce energy costs.

To support a healthier environment, bi-polar ionization devices were integrated into two air handlers and the new fan coil units. The project also included the installation of modern plumbing fixtures to update the facility’s infrastructure.
