For this remodel project in Grand Rapids, Pleune Service Company’s construction team replaced the HVAC system during the facility’s summer shutdown. We removed and installed five new air handling units, radiant ceiling panels, unit heaters, exhaust fans, circulating pumps, heat exchangers, and both heating and cooling coils. We also added new energy recovery units to improve system efficiency. By working during the scheduled downtime, our team completed all upgrades safely, efficiently, and on time. The building was ready for occupancy before operations resumed.
