I began my career with Pleune Service Company in 1989. In 1993 I was promoted to Office Manager. In 1995 my responsibilities grew and my position changed to Human Resource Manager, after ten years my position evolved into Director of Human Resources.
I enjoy the day to day connection with our employees, helping them solve problems whether it is business or personal. You really come to know them well and care about them. We are a close-knit company, so not only do you know the employee you know their extended family as well. Being a member of the Executive Team also gives me a voice for our employees. As HR I bring the people to the table, so to speak.
My husband Brian and I have three children and two grandchildren. From the beginning my family has always felt welcome and at home at Pleune Service Company.
Working for Pleune Service Company which is an “employee owned company” for the past twenty years has been an extremely gratifying and rewarding experience for me. Each day I look forward to tomorrow and the new challenges it will bring.
