I just wanted to say thanks! Thanks for the great job that your company is doing. Thanks for getting the right foreman on this project. THanks for being part of a team that has really made a difference in the last 3 months. Having the right foreman on the project can really make a difference in a project and it's obvious to me when I look at how this project has gone to date.
Your foreman and crews have been really doing a nice job on looking ahead rather than "emergencies that need fixed within the next 2 hours". There is a lot of cooperation that is goin gon and this is evident in our progress meetings.
On behalf of Mike and I, we both appreciate the efforts that your staff is putting forth. As we watch your crews on site, we see very active workers and they don't seem to be missing a beat. I'm glad that we are on this team together. Thanks Again!

Terry & Cal,
I wanted to call some attention to the outstanding work Earl Phelps has been doig on behalf of Pleune Service at RDV. He has been absolutely dedicated to getting the new Liebert systems up and running, and has done and outstanding job on the other assocaiated tasks of moving piping and sealing duct work.
Earl has gone well above and beyond what I would expect from any contractor by stying late to get the job done and spending extra time to make sure it's done right. He approaches all of the tasks at hand with absolute professionalism and a great "can do" attitude. It's been a true pleasure working with Earl on this project, Earl is a real asset to Pleune Service!
Regards,
Jason Sharp

My Dear Friend,
I am compelled to use this format as your evaluation card was found to be wanting of space to answer your 'comments' section.
Neither time nor space will allow me to adequately describe the strait in which we found ourselves. Suffice it to say that we had joined with an inept HVAC company from near Plainwell, MI. After waiting for 6 weeks for them to show up 'tomorrow' a church member asked if he could contact the people his company (Bouma Corp) used often. I agreed.
One of the first men I met was Larry Plank I could not have been more impressed. Larry is a take-charge kind of worker that presented an upper tier professionalism that put to rest any reservations I might have had. 'Amazing' might be a word I would use to describe Larry's knowledge and concern of our situation.
To the man, I found Pleune employees (even those hired in from other companies) to be men of character. Rare was the event of a foul word and never was there a lack of respect toward myself or fellow workers. Allow me to identify some that made an overt impact mind…
Mike (I am-sorry I cannot recall his last name, he was a tall very thin young man that built the duct board) tackled his task with the utmost of care.
Steve Oley while working in attic area on very hot days never uttered a word of complaint all the while conducting meticulous work.
Bruce (a hire in from another company) proved to be a very easy person with which to work. He was kind and conscientious regarding his duties.
Finally, Kevin Wissink (MSP) who appeared to act as sight foreman. Kevin worked very hard at job progression. He excelled at keeping me informed of the progress and state of the job. When he was confronted with a challenge that required input from a more experienced worker he did not hesitate to make the call.
Yes, from Larry on down the line it has been a true pleasure doing business with Pleune Service Company. It is without reservation that I give Pleune the highest marks in customer satisfaction.
His Servant and Yours,
LIGHTHOUSE

Bill Perrin,
I would like to take a moment to thank the Pleune Service Team for all your effort in taking care of our customer, SBC. Over the past couple of years we have instituted a Network Awareness Training (NAT) Program in which all of our subcontractors have been trained on the Do's and Don't while working in the SBC Buildings. We here at Skanska/Shook as well as at SBC Corp. Real Estate appreciate everyone at Pleune for their proactive efforts in supporting the NAT requirements. In particular, Terry Locke, has been extremely customer focused which is reflected in all of the projects we deliver to SBC. His leadership with your team has always been appreciated. The attached note from our SBC Project Manager documents the daily attention all of the folks at Pleune Service take when working on the SBC account. Again, I thank you, and look forward to many more successful projects,
Skanska/Shook

Dear Cal:
We are writing to express our appreciation and gratitude for the work performed on this project. Aquinas Child Development Center took special people from the construction industry to work around small children. Pleune provided the right people for this job with Jeff and Brian. Joe Vandenberg also demonstrated leadership and a cooperative attitude throughout the duration of the project.
You should also be pleased to know that during our last Progress Meeting, Susan Gerrity with Aquinas expressed her sincere appreciation to us for our efforts in maintaining a safe environment for the children and staff.
Please let your staff know that Aquinas is very pleased with our work and is now discussing projects with us scheduled to begin in the near future.
Sincerely,
PROGRESSIVE ARCHITECTURE ENGINEERING

To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing this letter to thank Pleune for the excellent job they have done at the Kent County Courthouse. In the beginning of this project we had quite a time getting things to function properly with some design issues, faulty parts and the tremendous amount of equipment in the facility. It took a tremendous effort to make it all work. I would like to again thank you Pleune and all of the staff, for their tremendous support patience and ability to work through all problems. I also would like to thank you for the tremendous support you give 24 hours a day when needed. I commend your company on the ability to cure problems and issues by field work and or programming changes even when, at times it may largely differ from the original design. It is a pleasure to work with a knowledgeable, capable and professional staff like the one you have at Pleune. We are still working out some issues in our facility but the controls have been performing perfectly. Thanks again,
KENT COUNTY COURTHOUSE

Dear Pleune Service Co. Inc.,
On behalf of the student body, staff, and constituents of Cutlerville Christian School we would like to thank you for the important roll you played in our 'Partners in the Vision' building project. In 1988 a vision for the future of CCS Middle School was conceived and today, thirteen years later, that vision is a reality thanks in part to your work. Today our middle school students and staff are privileged to learn and teach in a state of the art facility with room to grow.
Driving up to CCS the finishing touch of landscaping is one thing you would notice. Upon entering our building quality craftsmanship and professional excellence are immediately obvious. The music room is beautiful with its peaked, finished wood ceiling, and block work displaying a cross. The hallways are well lit and spacious with beautiful designs in the flooring. The gymnasium has proven to be a well designed functional space, permitting multiple activities to occur simultaneously with many students involved. With its bright and open feeling, thanks to the large space and windows on the north wall, the library/media center has fast become a favorite study and reading spot for our students. Technology, we have it. With the building wired for Internet, phone, and video, our students and staff are blessed with access to unlimited information with the touch of a button or a stroke on a keyboard. An efficient air handling system benefits all staff and students. The renovation of our old gymnasium and storage areas into a student commons and special education classroom has provided us with space for chapel, one on one study, lounging, and just hanging out. Wow, has God blessed us!
Above all we praise God for his blessings on our school during this project. We thank you for all of your work. May God continue to bless you.
In Christ,
Cutlerville Christian
