In 1974 I decided to go into business for myself. My approach was a dedication to excellence and the determination to leave behind a satisfied customer. By the late seventies I had 37 employees and we have steadily grown since then. At our peak in 2002 we topped 170 employees. It was at this point that my desire to sell the company to my employees came to fruition. Pleune Service Company is now 100% employee owned. The employees of today still maintain the same approach as I did back in 1974...the company’s logo also sports the line “Employee Owned and Dedicated to Excellence.” It worked back then and it still works today, just ask our customers! We still have the very first customer that Pleune Service started with in 1974 and we are very proud of that fact. Going forward a satisfied customer will remain our focus, our commitment to them is what makes us successful, and their allegiance to us is what makes us proud. |

I have been in mechanical contracting since 1990, and with Pleune Service Company since 1995. After working for over 10 years as a Service Technician I was able to learn the business from the ground up. I went into management in 2000 and have held several positions within the company, eventually working up to Chief Operating Officer (COO). I thoroughly enjoy the business of mechanical contracting and working with business professionals. I am proud to work for a company that puts customers first and delivers quality workmanship. |

I began my career with Pleune Service Company in 1989. In 1993 I was promoted to Office Manager. In 1995 my responsibilities grew and my position changed to Human Resource Manager, after ten years my position evolved into Director of Human Resources. I enjoy the day to day connection with our employees, helping them solve problems whether it is business or personal. You really come to know them well and care about them. We are a close-knit company, so not only do you know the employee you know their extended family as well. Being a member of the Executive Team also gives me a voice for our employees. As HR I bring the people to the table, so to speak. My husband Brian and I have three children and two grandchildren. From the beginning my family has always felt welcome and at home at Pleune Service Company. Working for Pleune Service Company which is an “employee owned company” for the past twenty years has been an extremely gratifying and rewarding experience for me. Each day I look forward to tomorrow and the new challenges it will bring. |

I began my career with Pleune Service Company in 1991 as Shop Foreman. I came to Pleune Service Company with over 12 years experience in the HVAC trade . After 4 years in this capacity for our firm, I was promoted to Punching Agent and Estimation Reviewer for our sales department. In fall of 1996, I was promoted to Sales Engineer a position I held for the last 12 years. I worked in sales in all aspects of our industry from design build to plan & spec. projects. On January 2, 2009 I was appointed as Construction Manager. I enjoy working with our staff to do what is best for our customers, keeping in mind what also works for our company. With over seventeen years of service with our company I have seen what an exceptional team of employees Pleune has. Without the responsibility of each of us taking ownership of what we do for our customers, we would not have been able to produce the success that we had in years passed and in the future. |

I was first introduced to Pleune Service Co. back in 1991 when Dan Meekoff called on me to offer a HVAC maintenance program. At that time I was the Facility Manager of a local manufacturing company. I was very impressed with the services offered and the timely, professional response I received from Pleune personnel. So, in May of 1995 I decided to join the Pleune family. I started out as a service technician because I have always had a passion for working on mechanical equipment. Through the years I turned down opportunities for promotion mostly because I enjoyed my work, and especially enjoyed meeting and working with our customers. In November of 2008 I was offered the position of Sales Manger which I accepted and phased into the position in January 2009 (lets face it, the winter can be cold!) This position still allows close contact with our customers, and allows me to build new relationships inside and outside of the company. |

I started with Pleune Service Co in 1988 after serving four years in the military as a Refrigeration/Cryogenics Technician. After 17 years as a Service Technician, I moved into the office first as Assistant Service Manager, then into my current role as Service Manager. As service Manager my responsibilities include running the day to day operations of both the Service Department and the Fastrac Department. My wife Maria and I have five children that we enjoy spending time with Pleune Service Company as it has always been a very family focused and friendly company. That is why I have spent my whole entire adult life working here and have no intentions of leaving soon! |

I began working for Pleune Service Co. in December 2009. Prior to coming to Pleune, I was the Director of Finance/Corporate Controller for a national design/build general contractor. I have over 15 years of accounting/finance experience in manufacturing and construction industries that has evolved into management of these areas. I enjoy working daily with people from all of the various areas in the company to make sure we are making decisions that are the best overall for the company and not just for one area. I feel that I need to make sure the finance area is providing the information and resources necessary for myself and the others in the company to make decisions to continually drive the company towards continued success and profitability. I take pride in being a team player and making sure I treat others with respect. I like to live by the motto of "It is a successful day if you have made a positive impact in one way or another in at least one person's life that day." |
