Our Pleune Protection Plans Include:
Time & Materials Preventive Maintenance Agreement: Under this plan, Pleune Service Company will perform periodic, scheduled inspections on the customer's equipment. The customer agrees to pay for all labor and material used to restore or maintain the equipment, after work has been authorized by the customer. A discounted hourly rate for service will be used.
Labor Only Preventive Maintenance Agreement: Under this plan, Pleune Service Company will perform periodic, scheduled inspections on all listed equipment. A quarterly or monthly fee covers the cost of all labor for inspections and preventive maintenance. The cost of repair-emergency labor and parts are to be paid by the customer upon approval at a discounted rate. Optional maintenance supplies can include: filters, belts, power washing of coils and water treatment.
Full Service Guarantee Agreement: Under this plan, with a monthly or yearly fee, the contractor assumes total responsibility for the equipment, including preventive maintenance, service calls, repairs, parts, labor and emergency service.
