Orthopedic Associates of Michigan

Currently this project is under construction scheduled for completion the summer of 2009. Two floors, 72,500 square foot new surgical center, with therapy pool and over 10,000 square feet of snowmelt. Classic Engineering provided HVAC, plumbing and electrical engineering for the medical office building. Heating and cooling was accomplished with water source heat pumps in a traditional boiler/tower design. Radiant floor was installed in the pool locker room area and snowmelt tubing was provided for all the sidewalks.
