Our sales engineers and design staff can provide you with the design of new and remodeled industrial applications. At Pleune Service Company, we understand the importance of protecting our environment. We appreciate new opportunities using “green,” eco friendly installations. Our salesforce has earned LEED [Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design] accreditation. LEED Accredited Professionals (LEED APs) demonstrate thorough understanding of green building practices, design principles and the LEED Rating System.

Project Planning

Our project strategy begins with a pre-construction meeting with your company. At this time our sales engineer will meet with you to discuss your project goals, budget and system requirements. Floor plans or prints are examined to determine options that will best address your mechanical system needs. These may include Plumbing, HVAC, Building Management Systems, Test & Balance or commissioning needs.

After the initial pre-construction meeting, Pleune Service Company works closely with local engineering firms to compose drawings, plans, and specifications for complete installations. Our plans are then sent to the State of Michigan to verify all designs are to code. Necessary revisions are made and the project is ready to take off! Pleune will once again meet with your company to “kick off” the project. We will handle all Michigan Plumbing and Mechanical permit applications and insurance requirements. Coordination of Pleune's subcontractors will be handled to ensure the project remains on schedule.

Project Completion

Pleune Service Company guarantees all supplied labor and equipment installations for one year. Utilizing the Pleune provided Operating and Maintenance manuals, balance report data, construction plans and specifications, the building owner will be trained in operation and maintenance of installed equipment and systems.
